1. If your mobile and gateway is in the same Local Area Network (LAN), you may try changing the password in gateway setting->admin->login.
2. Please press the Reset button for five seconds.
   Default video-play password is “fermax” (lowercase).
   Administration account is “admin”.

Default administration password is empty (leave blank).

Please check that your home internet connection is good and has width bandwidth. You may also try to decrease the bandwidth setting of the Gateway.

1. In the VIDA app, click on the Gateway.
2. Click on the icon at the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click on “Gateway settings”.
4. Click on “User Management”.
5. Click on the “+” icon to add a new user.

Presets are cameras’ saved positions of view. It is to ease users on changing camera views compared to manually moving the camera in the app.

Through the VIDA app, move the camera view to your desired view and press “set”. The coordinates will be shown beside it. You can name each preset for better reference.

To swap to a different preset, click on “GOTO”.

Scenes are created to control devices base on event such as trigger, time schedule etc.

1. Click on the Gateway.
2. Click on “Scenes”.
3. Click on “+” at the upper right corner of the screen to add scenes.
4. A text window will appear, enter the name you want for this scene.

VIDA

Click on the Gateway.

1. Click on “Device”.
2. Click on “+” at the upper right corner of the screen to add devices.

Rooms can be created for easier management of devices.

Click on the Gateway.

1. Click on “Rooms”.
2. Click on “+” at the upper right corner of the screen to add rooms.
3. A text window will appear, enter the name you want for the room.
4. Click on the room you just created and add devices.
5. You may change the icon of the room by clicking on its icon.
